From learning how to create a calm birth environment to practising massage, breathing, and decision-making strategies, your partner will gain the confidence to support you every step of the way. They’ll understand what’s happening during labour and how to respond with calm reassurance.
We also teach partners how to manage their own adrenaline and stay grounded—especially if birth becomes intense or emotional. Whether your partner is quietly holding space or actively guiding your breath, their energy will influence yours. That’s why we focus on building emotional awareness and communication skills throughout pregnancy.
