FREE Prize Draw Competition to Win a Hibiscus Hypnobirthing Online Intensive Course.

1. Promoter
   This prize draw is promoted by Hibiscus Therapy, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. How to Enter
   To enter the free prize draw:

• Scan the QR code on the promotional material or visit:
  www.hibiscustherapy.com/contactus
• Complete the online webform.
• Type “Enter Comp” into the message field.
• Submit the form before the closing date.

You will then be automatically entered into the free prize draw. Entrants must provide a valid email address so they can be contacted if selected as the winner. Entrants may also include a telephone number in the message field if they wish to provide an additional contact method.

4. Competition Dates

The competition will open at 11am on Sunday 22^nd February 2026.
The competition will close at 5:00pm on 22nd February 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random after 5:00pm on 22nd February 2026.
• A digital random selection platform will be used to randomly select one of the valid email addresses submitted.

6. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by email by Friday 27th February 2026.
• The winner must respond to acknowledge acceptance of the prize by midnight on 1st March 2026.
• Failure to respond by this deadline will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being selected at random.

7. The Prize
   The prize consists of:

• A Free Hypnobirthing Intensive Course, delivered as a private 1:1 online course.
• The course is valued at £180.

The winner may choose to:

• Book one half-day session, or
• Book two shorter sessions,

These sessions must be scheduled and completed within 3 months of notification of winning.

Alternatively, the winner may choose to put the £180 value towards the cost of a different full-price Hibiscus Hypnobirthing Course. The prize is non-transferable to any other prize apart from a Hibiscus Hypnobirthing course and no cash alternative will be offered.

8. Data Protection
   By entering the competition, you will be asked to confirm that you agree to your personal data being stored and processed for the purpose of making contact with you and providing further information about Hibiscus Therapy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing the word “Unsubscribe” to hello@hibiscustherapy.com.
9. General

• Hibiscus Therapy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
