Meet Jo Stewart

Jo Stewart (DCH), the founder of Hibiscus Hypnotherapy, is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist with a passion for helping others unlock the power of their minds. She trained at the ICH Clinical Hypnosis Training College, London, earning a Professional Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Jo has a strong belief in each person’s ability to change and grow and collaborates closely with clients, using proven techniques to help them achieve their goals. She uses an integrative, solution-guided approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based techniques including suggestion-based hypnosis, cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy, regression, mindfulness, parts therapy, guided visualisations and focuses on realistic solutions. Each method is tailored to help clients clarify goals, overcome emotional blocks, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
